  • Hotel Parking is FREE

  • There is no airport shuttle.  Send your flight and cellphone information to Dennis Riecke by March 1, 2024 for possible pickup from Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport

  • 2024-2026 ExCom members need to plan travel based on attending Friday’s ExCom meeting


Airports  
The nearest airport is the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport (Airport Code GPT). It is about 6 miles from our hotel.  It is serviced by these airlines:


The New Orleans International Airport is about 90 driving miles away and the Mobile, Alabama airport is 75 miles from Gulfport. If using these airports you will be on your own for transportation to hotel.


Registration Fee    $350 
Includes welcome reception, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 offsite dinner, and 1 dinner banquet. (travel grant applicants do not request reimbursement for these meals)

Virtual Registration Fee    $100 
Payment to be arranged once registration is submitted.

You will then be sent an email to arrange payment.  Once payment is received, your registration will be confirmed. Registration is closed for in person attendees. Virtual registration is open until February 29, 2024.
