Location
The Broadway Hotel, a Doubletree hotel by Hilton
1111 East Broadway, Columbia, Missouri
Parking on site is $5 per day to self park and $12 a day for valet.
- For attendees receiving an IFC travel grant that covers lodging, IFC will book their hotel rooms on their behalf.
- Attendees not receiving an IFC travel grant that covers lodging will be responsible for booking their own hotel rooms.
Book via the link below to receive the special IFC rate and to ensure your room is counted towards IFC’s room block. Room reservations must be made by March 11, 2022.
Airports
There are several airports that attendees may select from to attend the meeting including Kansas City International (~150 miles), St. Louis Lambert International (~110 miles), and Columbia Regional in Missouri (~12 miles). The airport at Columbia MO (COU) is the nearest to the hotel but is only served by American Airlines.
Airport to Hotel Travel
UPDATE – The Broadway Hilton is no longer offering airport shuttle service to the Columbia, MO airport. If you are flying into Columbia, Kansas City, or St. Louis, email Jason Persinger by March 29 and he will coordinate van service from the airports to the hotel. You may choose to get a taxi or Uber driver from the Columbia, MO airport.
Registration Fee $300
Includes welcome reception, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 offsite dinner, and 1 dinner banquet.
Payment to be arranged once registration is submitted.
