Parking on site is $5 per day to self park and $12 a day for valet.
- Attendees not receiving an IFC travel grant that covers lodging will be responsible for booking their own hotel rooms.

There are several airports that attendees may select from to attend the meeting including Kansas City International (~150 miles), St. Louis Lambert International (~110 miles), and Columbia Regional in Missouri (~12 miles). The airport at Columbia MO is the nearest to the hotel but is only served by American Airlines and United Airlines.
Airport to Hotel Travel
The Broadway Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Columbia Regional Airport. There is also a ground shuttle service (MO-X/Doc & Norm Direct) serving both Kansas City International and St. Louis Lambert International Airports providing a shuttle directly to the hotel in Columbia MO. The price for the round trip shuttle between either Kansas City or St Louis and Columbia is $111.00 per person. Please see MO-X/Doc & Norm for information and scheduling reservations online.
