Welcome to the registration site for FLOW 2008: Interdisciplinary Solutions to Instream Flow Problems. Please read the instructions below before beginning your registration.

Before submitting your registration it may be helpful to view this screenshot of the submission page. Be sure you have all of the necessary information before beginning.

FOR ALL REGISTRANTS

Everyone attending the conference must complete the following sections on the registration form:

  1. Contact Information
  2. Attendance Information
  3. Special Requests
  4. Payment Information

Only exhibitors need to complete the Booth Information section. And, only those applying for a Small NGO Scholarship need to complete the Small NGO Scholarships section.

STUDENTS! The $195 Student Registration rate is a highly subsidized student rate that does not include the banquet. If you wish to attend the banquet (partially subsidized in Full and Guest registrations), please purchase a Full registration.


FOR EXHIBITORS ONLY

If you plan to exhibit at the conference you must complete the registration form. If you're an exhibitor who is not attending the conference please complete the contact information and the booth information -- you can skip the attendance section.

Exhibitors who wish to participate in the conference sessions and meals are entitled to a $150 discount on conference registration. Be sure to check "Yes" in the Exhibitor Discount section. A $150 credit will be applied to your total amount due.


FOR SMALL NGO SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS

Scholarships are limited to small NGOs with annual budgets of $1,000,000 or less.

If you're applying for a Small NGO Scholarship you must complete the registration form and then complete the online application using the link on the confirmation page. Be sure to also select "Yes" under the Small NGO Scholarships section to indicate that you are applying for a scholarship.

Please Note: You'll have approximately 20 minutes to complete this form online. Be sure to view the screenshot using the link above before beginning the process so that you have all of the information you need ready.

Application due date is 6/30/2008. You will receive notice as to scholarship decisions via email as soon as possibe after the due date.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

You have two payment options:

  1. Pay Online: You can pay online using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Follow the link on the final confirmation page.

    If you plan to pay via PayPal, please read the PayPal Help document!

  2. Pay By Mail: Use the downloadable payment form available on the final confirmation page to pay via check, credit card or purchase order.

Please print your final confirmation page! It includes the online address you will need if you need to print another copy or if you need to access the PayPal link at a later time.
