8:00 a.m. Action Planning #3: The Regional Context (Facilitated Discussions) Many potential improvements to the integration of instream flow science, policy and public dialogue are regionally specific. There may be some ideas that may not be applicable to the full U.S. and Canada. Participants will have their choice of which regional discussion to participate in, to further refine previous Action Plan suggestions to make them applicable to their area, or to develop new region-specific suggestions for the Action Plan. Regions will include:
  • Western US (AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY)
  • Central US (IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, SD, WI)
  • Southeastern US (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV)
  • Northeastern US (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT)
  • Canada
