The FLOW 2008 conference organizers have negotiated an affordable federal per diem lodging hotel rate of $112 per night for a single or double. The rate is available for three days before and three days after the conference if you're planning on turning your San Antonio conference experience into a vacation.
Important! – Ensure you get the specially negotiated rates for the Instream Flow Council’s FLOW 2008 room block when making your hotel reservations. If making reservations online, use the following entries in the “group code” box:
- Employees of Texas state government: IFS
- All others: IFF
Proof of current state of Texas employment will be required upon check-in for those using the “IFS” code. The hotel cancellation policy for this conference requires a three-day notice for refunds. Cancellation must be made by October 3rd at 6 p.m.
