Achieving Excellence: New Approaches to Collaborative Instream Flow Problem-Solving. Professor Larry Susskind, of Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation offers a 2.5-hour highly interactive short course on Tuesday explaining new methods for finding balance between science, diverse interests, and laws and policies. Professor Susskind will also serve as facilitator for interactive sessions.

Closing Lunch: Sandra Postel, Director of the Global Water Policy Project and Visiting Senior Lecturer in Environmental Studies at Mount Holyoke College, is a leading authority and prolific author on international water issues. |
