For Exhibitors

FLOW 2008 is expected to draw at least 350 representatives of industry, academia, law firms, non-government organizations, consultants, agencies, and tribes. Sign ups to the online conference mailing list already number over 200 (without formal advertising), including interested participants from across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. Early registrations are rapidly approaching 100, even though the conference is months away. If you are looking for business exposure to this type of diverse audience, we encourage you to reserve your booth early!

Conference planners are reserving over 5,000 square feet of flow-through exhibit space, providing this event with at least 25 8'x10' exhibitor booths, along with food stations, so you can effectively and comfortably market your products or services to this specialized and interdisciplinary group. Exhibitors may set up Monday October 6th and exhibit through the close of the conference Thursday afternoon.

Booth rates are $750 for the duration; $375 for 501(c)(3) charitable organizations (or equivalent) and agencies. Sponsors in categories that include a free booth space will have first priority for the limited spaces. Booths will consist of skirted tables, two chairs, pipe and drape (if desired) and electricity (if desired).

Booths can be reserved by contacting Gary Whelan by e-mail or phone (517-373-6948) or through our simple online registration site. Questions can be directed to Gary or to IFC's Executive Director (406-586-6879). The space will be reserved when payment is received.

Booths can be set up on Monday morning (October 6) from 9 AM to 12 PM. The exhibit area will be open from 1 PM Monday (October 6) until 12 PM October 9. Booths must be taken down no later than 5 PM on October 9.

Exhibitors who also register for the conference receive $150 off the conference fee for one registration. This will provide you or a member of your staff the opportunity to participate in all of the conference activities while you are at the conference. Exhibitors not registering for the conference are welcome to the food and beverages provided in the Exhibit area (breaks and Tuesday evening reception).

We encourage you to take advantage of this unique gathering to promote your products and services. We urge you to reserve soon as space is filling up.

You can reserve your booth space, specify your booth needs, register for the conference if you wish (including the Exhibitor registration discount), and pay all in one step through the online registration system. You are also welcome to contact us with your booth needs. Please provide the following information when contacting us:
  • Number of booth spaces you wish to reserve.
  • Regular or non-profit rate
  • Do you want pipe and drape (you do not need it if you bring your own backdrop)?
  • Do you need electricity?
  • Do you wish to also register one person for the conference and receive the $150 Exhibitor registration discount?
